Integrated Healthcare
Healthcare Should Connect the Dots
Innovative Medical Center was built around a simple idea: patients should not have to navigate a collection of disconnected treatments to address one health problem.
Pain, mobility limitations, nerve symptoms, injuries, hormonal changes, and other health concerns often affect more than one part of a person’s life. That is why our approach brings multiple areas of care together in one office.
Our team includes professionals working across medical care, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and other specialized treatment services. This allows us to evaluate a patient’s condition more broadly, determine which services may actually be relevant, and coordinate those services as part of one plan when appropriate.
Not every patient needs every service. The purpose of an integrated model is not to do more. It is to determine what makes sense for the individual in front of us.
Every patient who walks through our doors has a different story.
A patient coming to us with knee pain may need something very different from a patient experiencing numbness in their feet, chronic back pain, or changes related to hormone levels.
That is why care begins with an evaluation rather than a predetermined treatment package.
Depending on the reason for your visit, the process may include a review of your medical history, a physical examination, functional or movement assessments, and in-house imaging when clinically appropriate. Existing imaging, laboratory results, and records from other providers may also be reviewed when relevant.
From there, our team determines which services may be appropriate and how they fit together.
For one patient, that may mean rehabilitation focused on improving strength, balance, or movement. Another may benefit from chiropractic care or spinal decompression. Someone experiencing neuropathy symptoms may require a very different clinical pathway. Other patients may be exploring regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, or medically supported weight management.
Our story
From Evaluation to a Plan
We want patients to understand not only what we recommend, but why we recommend it.
The process generally begins with learning what brought you in, how your condition is affecting your daily life, what you have already tried, and what you would like to improve.
After the appropriate examination and any necessary diagnostic information are gathered, our team reviews the findings and determines whether Innovative Medical Center is a good fit for your needs.
If care is recommended, we will explain:
• What we found during your evaluation
• Which services are being recommended
• Why those services are being recommended
• How often you may need to be seen
• What the goals of care are
• What your financial responsibility may be
• How your progress will be evaluated
Healthcare decisions should not feel mysterious. We want patients to have enough information to make an informed decision before beginning a plan of care.
